We source materials from leading manufacturers of pest control products for helping our customers achieve effective results of our pest management.

We use innovative products and technologies to manage pests without harming the environment. Most importantly, we have all required licenses to conduct pest control and have covered any risks by obtaining appropriate insurance.

As a tech-oriented company, we achieve efficiency through digitization. We use a customized ERP for us to plan, carry out and document services provided to our customers. Our customers are enabled to reach us through this website, our mobile app and a toll free phone number.

Mr. Vishal Mishra

Business Head

Armed with a Chemical Engineering Degree, an MBA in Marketing from VAMICOM-Pune and a Certificate in International Trade from IIFT-Delhi, Mr. Vishal Mishra has over 14 years of working experience in the field of Agri-Commodity Trading in Physical & Futures Commodity Exchanges, Commodity Financing and Retailing.

Since past 7 years, Mr. Mishra has been associated with NBHC spearheading the Trade Facilitation business segment, which includes over 6 years of experience of being the State Head of Maharashtra. He has been instrumental towards contributing in the overall growth and development of NBHC business in Maharashtra State across critical parameters namely Growth in Asset Under Management (AUM), Expanding Customer base across geography, Scaling Professional Warehousing Business, Revenue and Cost Optimization. He has been honored with several leadership accolades including the ‘Best State Head of the Year Award’ for 2016, 2017 and ‘2nd Runner-Up’ in 2019.

Mr. Mishra is noted for being a great communicator and negotiator holding sharp analytical strengths. His financial acumen has played a pivotal role in strengthening the crux of the business year-over-year, driving towards the winning spree. His foresightedness comes out from his timely commitment of tasks which enables him to strengthen the brand image and also harmonize long-term associations with customers. This peculiar insight enables his team to perform at higher pace and also intensifies their approach towards work.

In his current profile, Mr. Mishra is heading Pestinct Pro Solutions, the Pest Management Vertical of NBHC where he’s responsible to take Pestinct business to the next level of growth.

Prior to joining NBHC, Mr. Mishra held Senior Positions at organizations such as NAFED, Reliance Retail Ltd. and Karvy Comtrade Ltd.

Mr. Mishra holds sound interest in trekking and is highly passionate about exploring Indian Heritage.


Vice President, Sales & Operations

  • 20 years of varied experience in business development across Consumer Durable and Service Industry.

He has over 20 years of varied experience in business development across consumer durable and service industry. Prior to joining NBHC, Mr. Goel has widely set a benchmark for performance through creation and execution of strategies for variety of products & services and operational efficiencies with leading brands like Bajaj Electricals’, Singer, Eureka Forbes, Godrej, Terminix-SIS etc.

His role included identifying and exploring opportunities to manage business plan, to formulate winning strategy in co-ordination with technical and operation team.

In 2008, he moved to service industry, ISS Hicare Limited (formerly known as Godrej Hicare) where he was the Regional Business Manager for North and Andhra Pradesh. Here he was responsible for the training and development of teams and setting up the operation network. He has excelled in playing different roles across diversified industries with years of leadership experience and building high performing teams in growth and in start-up environment.

Working with Terminix in India under a JV equation with SIS in 2011, Mr. Goel was offered an opportunity to create a new business unit from scratch. This included understanding the challenges of creating new business verticals, developing SOP’s, recruiting and training of the first batch to introduce new brand in market.

Mr. Shailendra is a Bachelor’s in Economics from Mahatama Jyotiba Phule (M.J.P) Rohilkhand University and has completed his PGDBM from Institute of Management Studies (IMS), Ghaziabad.

Deepak is a result-driven sales professional with over 21 years of experience in exceeding targets and driving revenue growth. He has a demonstrated track record of developing and maintaining excellent client relationships, streamlining processes, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service.

He prudently uses 'Business Performance Analysis' as a yardstick for measuring and assessing performance on a regular basis, allowing him to make data-driven decisions, optimize operations, and remain competitive in a volatile business environment.

Deepak is associated with NBHC for around 13 years and is experiencing significant success. He has consistently added value to NBHC and has most likely developed strong relationships with customers, coworkers, and stakeholders over the years. He was honoured with the Sales Excellence Award twice in a row in FY '21 and '22 for his excellent work ethic, team spirit, and goal-oriented attitude. At NBHC, he is currently responsible for administrative and functional control as well as driving the P&L for Pestinct - the Pest Management business, as Zonal Head for NCR, Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, and Himachal Pradesh.

Before joining NBHC, he worked with SGS India Ltd. and LT Foods Ltd. (Daawat Foods).

Deepak earned his Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-Warehousing Management from the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management in Hyderabad. He is also proudly Accredited to NSPM 11 & 12, 22 of the Dte. of Plant Protection and Quarantine, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India, and the Australian Fumigation Accreditation Scheme (AFAS) of the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS). Additionally, he has completed Training Programs at IGMRI Hapur: a Long-term course in "Scientific Methods of Storage and Inspection of Foodgrains" and a Short-term course in "Storage Pest Management and Fumigation".


General Manager

  • CFTRI Certified in Pest Management & Fumigation Services & Accredited in NSPM 11 & 12, 22 & AFAS

Based at Indore, he is zonal head for central zone and manages business at Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh, Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha, West Bengal and Assam. He has been with the company for six years and has handled responsibility at the branch, region and most recently zonal level. Prior to joining NBHC, Mr. Shriram has worked with Pest Control India (PCI).

His two decades of experience in the industry includes expertise in vector management (mosquito management) as well as other pest management services. His expertise is in pest management in large complexes (industrial townships), silo fumigation, food industry and managing pests in food grains at warehouses.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science from Gorakhpur University and has a Master’s Degree in Science from Purvanchal University. He has completed, Short Course on Pest Management and Fumigation, CFTRI, Mysore and is accredited to NSPM 11 & 12, 22 of the Dte. Of Plant Protection and Quarantine, Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperation, Government of India & Australian Fumigation Accreditation Scheme of the Australian Quarantine and Inspection Service (AQIS).

Rajendra has a wealth of experience in the pest management industry that spans over two decades, combining knowledge of pest detection, treatment planning, application techniques, compliance, and effective customer communication.

Rajendra has been working with NBHC for almost 4 years, ensuring that pest control treatment and preventive efforts are timely implemented. By effectively managing operations, costs, people, and clients, he has contributed to the overall success of Pestinct, the pest control business of NBHC. Furthermore, he plays a key role in facilitating ongoing training and development opportunities for the team (operators), which is essential to keep them abreast of the latest pest control techniques, regulations, and safety practices. He constantly refines his research and networking efforts by diligently following the most recent advancements and trends in pest management.

Before joining NBHC, he was associated with Rentokil PCI and Hicare where he led the operations and technical activities of the pest control business.

Rajendra has earned a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing Management in addition to his Bachelor’s Degree in Agriculture. He has also completed a Short-term Training course in "Storage Pest Management and Fumigation" at IGMRI Hapur and a Post Graduate Diploma in Agri-Warehousing Management at the National Institute of Agricultural Extension Management, Hyderabad.
